Synchronization Solution for telecommunication Network
The Precision TimeBase provides the most precise and stable, synchronized, time & frequency outputs in the world. When configured with any of the available OCXO and Rubidium oscillator upgrades, it can operate as a Primary Reference Clock that meets the requirements of ITU-T G.811/G.823/G.824 and ANSI T1.101.
This Precision TimeBase is a stand-alone Primary Reference Source (PRS) with integrated GPS receiver. It is an ideal solution for synchronizing systems that require a reliable T1/E1 signal. Meridian PRS provides Stratum 1 synchronization when locked to GPS. Precision TimeBase also provides timing services via the Network Time Protocol (NTP), optional IEEE-1588 Precision Time Protocol (PTP), and a wide variety of timing signal outputs.
The Synchronous Ethernet (SyncE) provides physical layer frequency synchronization with the performance of the system oscillator. Compliance with G.8261, G.8262, G.8264.
For highly accurate time synchronization among mobile backhaul base station and LTE-Advanced aggregate base stations it can deliver nanosecond time, frequency and phase synchronization to lower base station. That meet ITU-T profile of G.8265.1, G.8275.1 and G.8275.2.
